With a deep passion for personal growth and helping others realize their full potential, Lesley brings years of experience as both a life and a business coach. My journey began working in a small healthcare and education company. When the time came for my professional life to go in another direction, I suffered from a complete identity loss. Through my journey of healing and self discover, I realized that I had tied my worth to my job and achieving. I constantly felt unworthy of the accolades I was receiving and felt I had to keep working harder so nobody “found out” that I was not really that good. I was looking to the outside world to tell me I mattered, I was good enough, and if I was on the right path. I witnessed firsthand how mindset and having worth that comes from within, can motivate change for the things we actually want, not what we are told we should want, and can transform lives.

Coaching was my way through and now I get to share that wisdom and growth with my clients as a Certified Coach.
